EST03 is looking for a CFO that is a strong leader which possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to partner with the CEO and leadership team in strategy and growth. The ideal person loves a challenge and enjoys the details of building and implementing processes to fix them. A great financial mind to run a staff of currently five people helping guide the company in organic growth and through M&A.

Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for:

  • Directing preparation of all financial statements, budgets, and reports
  • Studies trends to determine both opportunities and threats facing company in coming years
  • Will be the key relationship holder of banking and funding options
  • Provides analysis to leadership team such that their departments can run more efficiently helping the company with overall success
  • Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions
  • Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions, and/or mergers)
  • Oversight of financial technology and integration with other core systems.

Requirements – Minimum qualifications for this position:

  • Master’s degree (MA) or equivalent or 10-15 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience with mergers and business acquisitions
  • Strong knowledge regarding pricing, costing and risk management regarding taking on new opportunities, accounts, and jobs
  • Trustworthy with willingness to share information and to serve as a mentor
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience working with contracts
  • Available and interested in working at our Blue Ash, OH based headquarters

EST03 is a 20-year-old Cincinnati area startup which has nearly doubled in size in the past three years. Position Overview/Purpose: 

We are looking for a creative director with the ability to interpret business requirements and client needs to efficiently translate them into high quality, creative solutions. Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the creative director must be skilled at overseeing a creative team including art directors, senior, and junior designers. The creative director must have experience leading and coaching to develop and inspire teams in creativity, quality delivery, and process improvement. The creative director must be exceptional at pitching creative concepts to clients and company stakeholders, as well as communicating strategic ideas and developing concepts with other team members. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Take responsibility for the creative vision and standard of output across all design team members.
  • Pitch ideas confidently and communicate their creative vision clearly to clients, design team, and internal partners to ensure design meets client’s expectations.
  • Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their design team.
  • Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with their overall brand and direction.
  • Drive progress and prioritization on multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion in accordance with deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A fine arts or undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.
  • Five or more years of creative direction experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creatively directing complex solutions for large format print products.
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software in a MAC environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Position Overview/Purpose: 

Partner with sales team to create eye-catching graphic designs for large-format vinyl wraps. Produce consistently accurate work from initial order review and template creation through art development, and print preparation, in a fast-paced production environment. Support peers through quality reviews on orders ensuring technical accuracy to deliver error free product to clients. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): 

  • Lead and manage design projects for assigned clients, accounts, and/or markets.
  • Provide design development and production support to senior team members.
  • Build accurate custom templates to client-provided specifications.
  • When required, create eye-catching designs based on client direction, with high attention to technical, copy and branding requirements.  
  • Update progress and prioritize workload through continuous team and inter-departmental communication.
  • Prepare and send final print, while maintaining quality and concept of approved art (with addition of installation guide instructions per client needs where necessary). 
  • Perform self and peer job checks to review and correct potential issues before release to print. 
  • Work closely with Install Department to understand and problem solve installation concerns and propose corrective actions to senior team members. 
  • Maintain technical knowledge and share creative growth opportunities and inspiration with team by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and/or participating in professional societies.

  • Experience working with large scale print files, photography, and printer setup.

Job Title: Vinyl Graphic Installer  

Reports to: Senior Field Supervisor or Field Supervisor

Position Overview/Purpose:  

Professionally install vinyl graphics in an efficient manner emphasizing precision, accuracy, and attention to detail while adhering to Advertising Vehicles’ standards of quality and customer satisfaction.    

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Responsible for the installation of large cut vinyl jobs on vans, big Sprinter vans, box trucks, transit buses, and floor graphics following proper 3M procedures in established timeframes.  
  • When applicable, responsible for full wrap transit buses ensuring straight cuts are made and installation meets company quality standards.   
  • Follow Advertising Vehicles’ instructions for proper cleaning and preparation of surfaces and vehicles to ensure quality vinyl graphic installation.   
  • Coordinate the removal of vinyl graphics and adhesive from a variety of surfaces without causing damage to the surface.  
  • Supervise proper heating techniques and the use of Primer 94 during the installation process.   
  • Oversee proper knife usage to ensure precise and straight cuts to vinyl on surface, seams, windows, hinges, and door handles while maintaining company standards. 
  • Lead installation process to ensure vinyl is precisely wrapped around corners, bumpers, and other edges. 
  • Lead Assistant Installer throughout the installation process, offering guidance and training when needed.  
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service with clients and others while leading off-site installations.  
  • Responsible for completing Installer checklist before vehicle is returned to customer.  
  • Complete necessary paperwork and utilize company systems.   
  • Take photos and upload images of completed projects to company systems.   
  • Keep work area clean and tidy by sweeping, emptying trash into dumpster, and general housekeeping.  
  • When applicable, install and/or remove interior advertising cards on buses and trains. 
  • When applicable, understand the different types of buses and transit ads in assigned marked.  
  • When applicable, install Traxx frame and skins to Advertising Vehicles specification.   
  • Maintain punctual attendance. 
  • Deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Requirements

Work Requirements:  

  • Frequent lifting; ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds.

Job Title: Associate Account Executive

Reports to VP of Sales

Business Unit: Advertising Vehicles

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible for learning process and procedures for the Advertising Vehicles’ sales department. Will accompany Account Executives on sales calls and will learn all aspects of measuring vehicles, client interaction, entering sales orders, and other related sales process. In the first 6 months this position will focus on learning the processes and procedures of the department. After 6 months, the position will begin learning to target and qualify businesses independently.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

First 6 months of duties

  • Manage day-to-day activities on local sales orders.
  • Take measurements of customer vehicles.
  • Will begin learning order entry process.
  • Handle customer requests from small business clients.
  • Perform customer service and account maintenance duties as required.
  • Will work with appropriate departments to handle product quality repair.
  • Shadow assigned Account Executive’s sales and cold calls to learn the proper procedures and processes.

Second 6 months of duties

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
  • Sell graphic solutions advertising by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending how mobile advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
  • Prepare and develop customized sales presentations by researching customer needs and translating those needs into visual presentations, testimonials, and revenue generating ideas for businesses leaders.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting, Design, Installation, Operations, and Project Management departments to ensure proper execution of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with complete and current account information and status.
  • Attends regular sales meetings and one-on-one sessions weekly.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

After one year this position is converted to an Account Executive if all criteria has been met over the previous 12 months.
