As 2024 wraps up, we’re excited to showcase some of the incredible work created by our Advertising Vehicles design team this year! Our talented designers transform ideas, logos, and images into dynamic, eye-catching works of art, elevating plain vehicles into advertising and marketing tools. We are proud to offer custom design services to our clients and want to take the opportunity to celebrate the designers behind the wraps that you see on the road. Check out their favorite designs from the year!
Kohola Brewery
Advertising Vehicles is a nationwide fleet graphics provider – which means that you can see our designer’s work across the country, including Hawaii, where Kohola Brewery is located!
Senior Graphic Designer Kayla Lawson chose Kohola Brewery as one of her favorite designs of 2024, and it’s easy to see why. From the vibrant colors of the cans to the watercolor mountain elements, this design is sure to grab the attention of anyone passing by. When reflecting on the trailer wrap, Kayla said, “Standing out against the beautiful backdrops of Hawaii can be a challenge, but I think I came up with a design that really showed off their product and creative elements in an eye-catching way.”
Another reason this design stands out amongst all that Kayla did in 2024 was the relationship she formed with the client while working on the project. Kayla shared, “Working with Kohola Brewery in Hawaii to wrap one of their distributing trucks was such an easy-going process. They gave me everything I needed and a lot of creative freedom within their brand standards to make the truck really stand out.”
Even in the picturesque Aloha state, Kohola Brewery’s design is one that can’t be missed.
Joseph House
Our Advertising Vehicles team gets to work with some fantastic organizations, and Graphic Designer Jian Chen experienced this firsthand when he worked with Joseph House, a nonprofit organization that serves veterans and their families suffering from addiction through treatment and recovery programs. They were looking to create a full wrap design for their shuttle bus, and Jian took their branding and ran with it.
“What I loved about this project is that the client’s brand had an established design, yet it was still exciting to work with,” said Jian. “Starting the project from scratch presented a fun and challenging opportunity. From building templates to creating new designs, the entire process was time-consuming but incredibly rewarding.”
The wrap’s simple yet impactful design is one that conveys the mission of Joseph House, and was quickly approved by the nonprofit, “It was a pleasant surprise when the client was thrilled with the first version of the design,” shared Jian. “The communication throughout was smooth, transparent, and collaborative making the experience even more enjoyable.”
We can’t wait to see this vehicle out on the road with its new wrap!
Flexjet
Another benefit of working with Advertising Vehicles for commercial fleet graphics is that our designers are experts when it comes to creating designs that span multiple vehicle types. That was exactly the case for the Flexjet project that Senior Graphic Designer Kayla Lawson worked on in 2024. “Flexjet was a very interesting and challenging project to work on,” shared Kayla, “there was a total of four different types of vinyl material involved and three sizes of vans!”
However, the work didn’t stop there for the Advertising Vehicles team. Kayla took the project to the next level, going the extra mile and creating custom content for the Flexjet team. “To ensure the highest quality and cohesion across all 34 vans, I also created an install guide that shows measurements for the placement of each piece of vinyl. The client was a pleasure to work with; they were friendly, responsive, and receptive to our thoughts and advice.”
And the great work between Kayla and the Flexjet team shows when you look at the vehicles. Their branding is consistent and professional, with precise details that take the wrap to the next level.
Heritage High School Marching Band
For Graphic Designer Jian Chen, the full wrap design for Heritage High School’s Marching Band is extra special, because it was his first custom design for Advertising Vehicles!
“I chose [to feature] this project because it marked my first new art creation, which required extra time and effort to bring to life,” shared Jian. “As a designer new to the team, it was an exciting challenge.”
And the Heritage High School Marching Band was a great first client to work with. When reflecting on the project, Jian stated, “The client loved the result and gave great feedback, which made all the hard work totally worth it.”
And the hard work shows! Jian’s first new art creation features the band’s mascot, their school colors, and a vibrant background that brings everything together. Additionally, the front and back of the trailer have logos of sponsor organization that are incorporated into the design. The trailer will be hard to miss traveling to competitions and games!
More Designs to Come in 2025!
From high school bands to breweries and private jet companies, Hawaii to North Carolina, and everywhere in between – our Advertising Vehicles design team have created designs in 2024 that span across industries, and across the United States! We look forward to all that is to come in 2025, and many more vehicle graphics designs that help tell the mission and vision of our clients.
We are so pleased to have Senior Graphic Designer Kayla Lawson and Graphic Designer Jian Chen on our Advertising Vehicles team, who work hard to ensure that our client’s designs come to life. While we are the Fleet Graphics People, we wouldn’t be able to provide the high-quality experience and graphics we are known for without the contributions of our design team.
